I like this hotel everything was good as I expected.
room was very comfy and clean and very central to everything, staff very pleasant
Breakfast wasnt very good, coffee machine wasnt working so no coffee or hot drinks available at breakfast.
Location is good, 5 minutes from Victoria station, 10 from Buckingham Palace
Staff was absent, rooms small without ventiliation and sound isolation, breakfast too poor.
the room was clean and the towels were changed everyday which is of course important.
the stuff at the kitchen were not so kind and once we were told to go earlier for breakfast the next day (in not such a kind tone). All this because we sat 5 more minutes from scheduled time.
I like this hotel because it is very close to Victoria Station and serves breakfast. The rooms are quite small but the price is good for location. It is the second time I´ll be there and I'll repeat.
The rooms very quite clean.
The breakfast was extremely basic and rooms very small. Not enough space for moving a small bag around.
The hotel is undergoing extensive building work at the moment. The reception area is full of boxes. Signs & directions are missing and trying to find the exit wandered into a room full of tools & building equipment - dangerous if I was a child!
Location, breakfast was okay, overall good value-would recommend but only to certain group. It worked for us as spent very little time there.
They were renovating and hotel and rooms very small-weather was warm and no air conditioning as our room on top floor even warmer.
The location was perfect; a quick walk up to Buckingham Palace or over to the Thames (to walk up to Parliment and the Eye), not to mention the proximity to Victoria Station. The staff were very helpful and the room was all you could ask for in a European city. The breakfast was nice (and will be nicer when the back patio is completed).
Rennovations going on, and the breakfast room was roasting. Get the back patio done ASAP as it's lovely out there.
Location is good close to Picolino and Victorian stations. Big ben is in 30 min walking distance. Especially flights from London Gatwick and Gatwick express to Victorian station works fine. Hotel personnel was friendly. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean and recently renovated.
Room, breakfast room and corridors were bit small. Not a hotel to spend additional time in it, but for shopping & hopping in London ok. Fresh air change could be better in rooms ,altough by opening window was ok.
The best feature ofthe hotel has to be the location.Great if you wish to walk, but great for the tube stations.Friendly helpful staff. The lift was a big bonus.would stay again.
Bathroom small, although plenty of room n the showwer.Breakfast room a bit cramped.as you dont spend much time in these there isnt a problem,if only using as a base.
Lovely hotel, close to Pimlico Tube Station. Requested a twin room, but on arrival was given a triple. The room was very modern, clean and spacious. Arrived around 11am and was told room would not be ready until 2pm, but was pleasantly suprised when the reception said she would see if we could get in sooner and 10-15 minutes room was available. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Room was small but functional, bathroom again was small but nice fittings. Could not fault cleanliness of room. Staff were welcoming. Plenty of choice for breakfast.
Breakfast room was small considering number of rooms.
The worst hotel in England please make you a favour and do not use it
Nothing has liked me
Staff were very friendly and very helpful especially when I left my coat on the coach. Our room was small but very clean, white sheets and fresh towels. Comfortable bed and tea and coffee facilities. Great shower which was spotless. Breakfast was more than we expected with a self serve of boiled eggs, sliced bread with toaster, croissants and delicious fresh seeded buns with a selection of jam, honey and marmalade. Tinned fruit and sliced cheese was also available. As I have mobility issues I had a ground floor room but there was a lift to the dining room on the lower floor. I would definitely go there again.
The dining room was a little small but there was plenty of room when we were there.
